My Long Awaited Vacation

This is Day 3 of my Long awaited Vacation. It started out well, I already visited the first Submarium in the world,I am talking about "The Deep" In Hull City, I still have a lot of shopping to do,I will start that today. Unfortunately I still have some small issues at work to sort out, it's kinda hunting me down so I have to take it head on and clear it out once and for all! Here are some pictures from my Visit to The deep!
Did I also mention that I started a travel agency? It is called Bespoke Vacations We are very versed in planning lovely holidays like the one I am having right now. Our op Destinations include Dubai, the happiest place on earth Orlando, the romantic spice island of Zanzibar. We usually take care of all the details in planninng a holiday from flight through visa, hotel excursion and transfers. Did I mention that we are one of very few Nigerian travel agencies that can still get Dubai tourism visas for Nigerians?
Check us out and ou'll be glad you did!

First Post...First Bold Step in Pursuance...

I decided to migrate "Ballad of a persistent Soldier" to this blog.A lot has happened to me,these changed me a lot. Now I have different goals, aspirations and ways of going about them. I want to be very happy, I want to feel fulfilled, so this blog will capture every thought and step taken in that direction. Don't get me wrong, I'm not sad/unfulfilled but I need to feel those more.

I presently live and work in Lagos and I'm far from settled down...the dynamics of Lagos is not helping me at all,I have tried very hard to get used to it but itz not just working. It is standing on my way to happiness,on the other hand, I love my Job but I have to stay in Lagos to keep it.

When I think about the 2 opposing interests, it kinda feels complicated but this weekend, I had an Aha! moment. The Job is only a means to happiness and fulfillment and not happiness/fulfillment in itself, there are several other means out there, I just need to look in the right direction.

So my friends and well wishers, today (my eldest sister's B'day) I am casting my net into the stream in search of a new job in Abuja(a city I really like),I don't want to think about quitting my job but if it's a price I have to pay to leave Lagos(which is a happiness blocker for me) then so be it!

If you know about any good opportunities in Abuja,PLEASE  hola at me!
